We may not be travelling abroad right not due to the pandemic, but with vaccination rollout in process, hopefully that will change soon! With travel possibilities nearing in sight, we’re starting to think about what to wear when we finally get back in the groove.
Wear Items That Don’t Hold Much Value
Sure, you want to look great, and you also want to wear something that makes you feel special too. But that being said, the potential for stains and spills is high when you are going out on a time on the town. Try and pick something that is washable or something that is not one of your most prized possessions – both in financial and sentimental value. The same goes for your jewellery or your accessories. Your favourite piece of bling could very well fall off when you hit the dancefloor so don’t risk it.
Pick a Good-Sized Bag
Tiny clutch purses are ideal but the truth is, you also want to be prepared. You want to make sure that you have slightly bigger sized bag that you can take with you so that you will be able to store way more things. This could include some pain relief, a bottle of water or even your make-up.
Wear Practical Shoes
You love the way your heels look with your outfit – but how do they feel?!? Bar-hopping means you’ll be on your feet, so flats will be much more ideal. But, if you are going to a casino then heels may be an option because you won’t be standing around as much. In fact, you’ll probably be spending most of your time sitting down – with drinks served. Consider the dress code of the establishment you’re visiting.
