Earlier this year, it was announced that Chicago would be getting a Saved by the Bell-themed pop-up diner. Details were scant, with little information accompanying the announcement.
Derek Berry, the brains behind Saved by the Max, has announced both a location and the date of the restaurant’s grand opening.
Saved by the Max will open on June 1st at 1941 W. North Avenue, in the Wicker Park neighbourhood, and will be open a month (it is, after all, a pop-up diner). Tickets to the grand opening will be available for reservation on Friday, April 22 at www.savedbythemax.com.
