Haute Couture Week in Paris included some of the world’s most iconic designers presenting their SS2016 collections. Although the creative and over-the-top collections captivate us fashionista’s in ways like no other, hair and makeup are also key in the overall presentation of a designer’s collection on the runway.
Damien Boissinot for Morroccanoil created a hairstyle inspired by “a controlled lightness” for the Azzaro SS16 Collection. This hairstyle is described as being the “key, since the womanly silhouette combines airy fluidity and protects shapes in this Spring/Summer Haute Couture Collection.“
Here are the recommended steps to achieve this light, chic hairstyle:
- Start off by applying Moroccanoil Treatment on the ends to prep hair for style and increase manageability. Separate hair into two parts and apply Moroccanoil Volumizing Mousse, if necessary for thinner hair.
- Blow-dry hair with the MO2000 Professional Series Tourmaline Ceramic Hair Dryer and apply Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream, scratching the hair from the middle to the ends with your hands to texture
- Set the look with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Medium to finish with a dab of Moroccanoil Molding Cream for an unstructured and matte finish
